Yes we sure do! All car parts you buy from us come with a minimum of 12 months warranty. This can differ between products so double check on the product page how long the warranty period is.
Left and right in the automotive world can be said many different ways. The most common term you'll hear is nearside and offside .
- Nearside (N/S): The side nearest to the kerb, also known as the passenger side.
- Offside (O/S): The side furthest away from the kerb, also known as the driver’s side.
If you live in mainland UK, delivery is free of charge! The price you see is inclusive of VAT & delivery. For out-of-area postcodes, add the item to your basket and enter your postcode at checkout to see the exact cost.
If you’re ever unsure, please e-mail us with your vehicle registration so we can check for you. Otherwise, please make sure you read all of the information on the product page. We also have guide articles on our site to help you buy the correct parts.
If you’re paying with PayPal and it’s asking you to pick a delivery method, please read our PayPal paying guide .
If you’re using a debit/credit card and it’s not going through, please contact us via e-mail or live chat and we’ll look into it for you.
If you’ve ordered more than one item, we may have shipped them separately with different couriers. If the full order hasn’t arrived within 3 working days, please get in touch and we’ll chase this up.
We accept PayPal, debit/credit card, Klarna, Apple Pay and Samsung Pay.
You have 30 working days to return the item in its original packaging and unused condition (unless faulty). Please contact us via e-mail to authorise the return.
You should usually receive your order within 48 hours, but please allow up to 3 working days. For out-of-area postcodes (Ireland, Aberdeen, Isles, Highlands, Jersey) please allow at least 2 extra working days.
Weekends and bank holidays are not classed as working days.
Our aim is to respond to all questions within 24 hours. For urgent assistance, please use online chat.
We’ll always try our best, but you must contact us immediately if you need to cancel or change an order. Please send all requests to helpme@energizedcustoms.co.uk.
We currently ship to the UK and Ireland. If you’re elsewhere, contact us and we’ll see if we can arrange something with our courier.
Nope – all of our items are brand new.
Unless stated otherwise, our goods are aftermarket parts, not genuine. We’re confident in the quality and back them with strong warranty – why pay more when you don’t have to?
We don’t offer fitting, but we’re always happy to give advice and we have guides on the site to help you.
After checking out successfully you’ll see an order number on screen and you should receive an e-mail confirmation. You can also check with your bank to see if the funds have left your account.
Yes – all of our products include VAT.
When we dispatch your order we’ll e-mail you (if you’ve provided an e-mail address) with your tracking number and a link to track it live.
Yes – but please arrange this with us first as we don’t stock everything on-site. Contact us via e-mail or live chat and we’ll sort it for you.
If you’ve received an incorrect, damaged or faulty item, e-mail us at helpme@energizedcustoms.co.uk with your order number or delivery postcode and any photos.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and provide a freepost Hermes returns label.
Not to worry – it happens!
Contact us via e-mail or online chat and we’ll send a link to the correct product (where available) to repurchase. Once you’ve received the correct item you can return the first one for a refund.
We process returns daily and aim to process your refund within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please allow up to 3 working days for the funds to show.
